Central and Provincial Real Estate Limited (CPRE) is a Guernsey based professional asset and development management company providing property development management and investment services on behalf of Property Companies, Financial Institutions, Private Family Offices and individual clients.

CPRE has been established by Robin Archer BSc (Hons) MRICS, a chartered surveyor, who has been a Main Board director of numerous private and LSE commercial property development and investment companies.  CPRE brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Channel Islands for clients seeking to maximise performance of their real estate assets, projects and portfolios.

CPRE specialises in the management of redevelopment and refurbishment projects and performance improvement of commercial property investment portfolios.
