Isle of Wight
A major Retail Park in Newport to be constructed in two phases. CPRE were appointed at the concept stage as development managers, to coordinate and deliver scheme design, planning, leasing, legal and professional appointments, financing and project coordination.

Guernsey
A residential refurbishment and extension on behalf of a private client in St Peter Port. For this project, CPRE have developed concepts for the interiors, identified remedial building work required to the existing structure, evolved a design concept for the rear extension. In addition we have provided planning advice, appointed contractors together with the necessary professional consultants and also project managed the scheme.
