Our goal
CPRE's goal is to increase asset value and to improve development and investment returns. We unlock latent value by identifying development opportunities where they arise, providing expertise on every type and complexity of development, investment and construction project.

Completed and current projects
CPRE is currently managing an investment portfolio on behalf of a Private Family Office and have current development projects in both the UK and Guernsey. In the past we have undertaken developments for Clerical and Medical, Axa, Aviva, Legal and General, Royal London, United Biscuits Pension Trustees, Billsdale Properties Limited, Miller Developments Limited to name but a few.
