CPRE applies its expertise in developing strategies to meet our client’s policy objectives for their investment property with a view to optimising the potential returns. We undertake financial modelling of each property and use this as a benchmark in targeting performance throughout the period of ownership in order to enhance the potential Internal Rate of Return.
In particular, we seek to ensure the performance of each property is tuned to its optimum within the confines of what is realistically possible and also with an eye to ensure that good landlord and tenant relations can be maintained.

• Financial modelling

• Monitor agents and lawyers, undertake and record rent reviews, lease renewals, lease enforcement.
