Property Development Management

In a capacity as a Property Development Manager our engagement as lead consultant is usually at the feasibility stage where our input is maintained through to handover of the project at practical completion.  Throughout this process, CPRE Guernsey manage and coordinate all the various interfaces of the property development process to ensure the project is properly executed and in line with the agreed project goals.

Whilst not exhaustive, we consider the following elements on behalf of our clients in order to produce a workable and considered approach in the formulation of a strategy:

• Executing the negotiation of property acquisitions and disposals
• Land use strategies
• Master-planning
• Development appraisals and financial feasibility
• Stakeholder management and planning negotiations
• Assemble and lead the development team
• Where required advise and source funding partners
• Marketing, leasing and sale strategies
• Management of the procurement and construction process
